Abstract: The vane cable suspension support balance is important component of the vane cable suspension support system in 1.2m × 1.2m wind tunnel,in order to ensure successful development of balance,a new balance structure as the shape of word “E”is presented by finite element analysis(FEA)simulation.Results of balance FEA simulation,static calibration,dy-namics calibration and wind tunnel test show the balance have reasonable structure and excellent performance.
