The control system design of the high attack angle mechanism for the 8m × 6m wind tunnel

  • 摘要: 8m×6m风洞特大迎角机构由7只伺服油缸驱动实现模型迎角和测滑角运动控制,要求控制系统对姿态角运动变化速度、到位精度进行控制.被控对象是一个典型多自由度协调联动控制系统.对采用PLC常规I/O模块,而未使用任何数控系统,实现多轴联动控制的硬件和软件进行了介绍.给出了控制效果,说明了控制系统的设计是成功的.
