Fuzzy control of Mach number of FL-7 wind tunnel

  • 摘要: FL-7风洞是以三台航空发动机为动力的跨音速风洞,通过调节发动机转速、柔壁及旁路活门开度来实现对M数的控制。影响M数的因素较多,很难建立精确的数学模型,为了提高M数控制速度和精度,在新改造的FL-7风洞测控系统中,采用了模糊控制、自学习等控制策略,取得了良好的效果。笔者对控制方法和控制规则作了介绍。
    Abstract: FL-7 is a continuous transonic wind tunnel,which is powered by three engines.Mach number is adjusted by the rotating speed of engines,the flexible wall nozzle and the by-pass valve.It is difficult to establish the precise mathematical model,because there are many aspects influencing the Mach number.We use the fuzzy control with function of self-learning for getting better in speed and precision of Mach number control.And then we have got more satisfied results.This paper describes the methods and the rules of control.
