Research on the control strategies of the 2.4m wind tunnel Mach number and stilling chamber total pressure control systems

  • 摘要: 我国自行研制成功的2.4m风洞现已投入使用。该风洞控制系统与国内现有风洞相比,控制执行系统多而复杂。该风洞成功地采用了所有试验工况M数与稳定段总压同时控制的运行方式。针对被控对象的复杂性,分别对神经网络控制、模型跟随自适应控制、自校正控制、智能控制及智能学习控制在该风洞上应用的可行性进行了分析。最后给出了一种智能控制策略,调试结果说明该风洞采用的这种控制策略是成功的。

     

    Abstract: Compared with all the other wind tunnels in our country, 2.4m wind tunnel is the first one of running with Mach number and stilling chamber total pressure controlled at the same time for all the tunnel running control. Considering the specific characteristics of the tunnel control systems, the possibility and feasibility of control strategies of neural control, adaptive mode following control, self-adjusting control, intelligent control and intelligent learning control used on wind tunnel are given out, and then, the actual control strategy is proposed. Actual running results are provided to illustrate the feasibility of the proposed control strategy.
