2.4m风洞常压吹风控制策略与控制软件设计

Control strategy and software design of the 2.4m wind tunnel unpressurized running

  • 摘要: 2.4m风洞是世界上最大的引射式风洞之一,该风洞控制系统多、所能实现的吹风方式也多,因而,其系统复杂。风洞被控对象具有:非线性、时变、滞后和耦合特性,而风洞试验又要求系统有较高的控制精度和较快的稳定收敛速度。为了解决这种控制系统复杂的风洞控制问题,在控制系统硬件和软件上分别采用了先进的集散型控制系统硬件和智能控制策略,使风洞p0和M数控制精度分别优于0.3%和0.002。笔者对风洞控制核心系统和控制软件的设计和控制策略进行了介绍。给出了调试结果说明了控制策略和控制软件的设计是成功的。

     

    Abstract: 2.4m wind tunnel is one of the biggest injecter powered transonic wind tunnels in the world. Considering the problem of the specific characteristc of the control systems of nonlinear, time-varying, large time delay, intensive interaction between the inputs and the requirements of the control systems that must be of quick response and high stable state accuracy, the advanced DCS hardware system and intelligent control strategies for the wind tunnel control system are used. Actual test results are provided to illustrate the control precision of P0 and Mach number excels 0. 3% and 0. 002 respectively,and the feasibility of the control strategies.
