Research on the sensing technology for pressure measurement in the transient temperature flow field

摘要: 从分析压力传感器的平面膜片结构在变温场中存在的失稳现象入手,突破常规设计方法,采用新颖的球壳状膜片结构,克服了失稳现象,结合采取一系列相应的技术措施,实现了瞬变温度流场速变压力的实时精确测量。Abstract: Proceeding from analyzing unstable phenomenon of the planar diaphragm structure of the pressure sensor in the rapid temperature-changing field, the author broke free from conventional designing methods and adopted novel spherical-shell-shaped diaphragm structure to overcome the unstable phenomenon. The author also combined this technique with a series of corresponding technical measures to realize real-time precision measurement of rapid changing pressure in the transient temperature flow field.
