引气对高压压气机效率评价影响分析

Effect of bleed on efficiency evaluation of high pressure compressor

  • 摘要: 在总结压气机温升效率和扭矩效率之间差异性和关联性的基础上,本文对带级间引气的高压压气机两种等熵效率评价方法进行了研究,探讨了级间引气参数对压气机两种等熵效率修正的影响程度,并开展了试验验证。结果表明:压气机存在机械传动损失,使扭矩效率总是低于温升效率;引入级间引气参数修正前后的压气机温升效率差异不大,变化幅度在±0.5%以内;但引入级间引气参数修正后的压气机扭矩效率明显降低,但相对下降幅度不超过总引气率,降低程度与引气率和引气所在级位置相关;当压气机进口侧进行较大流量的级间引气时,应对扭矩效率进行修正,否则可能出现扭矩效率大于温升效率的现象。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of summarizing the differences and correlations between temperature rise efficiency and torque efficiency, two kinds of isentropic efficiency evaluation methods for the high pressure compressor with inter stage bleed are studied in this paper. The influence of inter stage bleed parameters on the two isentropic efficiency corrections is discussed, and the experimental verification is carried out. The results show that: the torque efficiency is always lower than the temperature rise efficiency due to the mechanical transmission loss of the compressor; the temperature rise efficiency of the compressor before and after the correction of the inter stage bleed parameters has no significant difference, and the variation range is within ±0.5%; considering the correction of inter stage bleed parameters, the torque efficiency of the compressor can be significantly reduced, but the relative decrease is not more than the total bleed rate, and the reduction degree is related to the bleed rate and the stage position where the bleed is located; when the inter stage bleed with a large flow rate is conducted at the inlet side of the compressor, the torque efficiency should be corrected, otherwise the torque efficiency may be greater than the temperature rise efficiency.
