一种两自由度全机模型阵风试验支撑装置研制

Development of a two degrees of freedom support system for full model gust tests

  • 摘要: 全机模型风洞阵风试验不仅要求模拟飞机弹性模态,还要求模拟飞机刚体运动模态。国内现有的气弹试验钢索悬挂支撑方式和侧壁支撑方式不能满足全机模型阵风试验支撑需求。为此,在中国空气动力研究与发展中心低速空气动力研究所8 m×6 m风洞中研制了一套两自由度支撑装置。该装置可提供模型沉浮和俯仰方向较大的运动自由度,以模拟飞机刚体运动模态。装置主体采用"双滑轨+钢梁"结构形式,支撑结构左右对称;沉浮运动范围达到2.8 m,沉浮运动摩擦系数达到0.006;俯仰运动范围达到±10°;安装50 kg模型后,支撑频率不低于12 Hz;对风洞试验段的结构改动可以忽略。通过结构和材料优化措施,使得滑动小车质量控制在6 kg以内。利用该装置成功完成了一期全机模型两自由度阵风载荷减缓试验,验证了该装置的实用效果。

     

    Abstract: This paper describes the development of a support system for free flying dynamically scaled full model. The free flying model requires plunge and pitch degrees of freedom(DOF) for the measurement of the gust response in the 8 m×6 m wind tunnel in LSAI of CARDC. The main part of the system consists of 2 slideways and a steel beam. The characteristics of the system include: its left and right structures are symmetrical, the range of free movement in the plunge direction is 2.8 m and the coefficient of friction is 0.006, the range of free movement in the pitch direction is ±10°, the lowest frequency of the system supporting a 50 kg model is not less than 12 Hz, and the structure changes in the test section can be ignored. By optimizing the structure and selecting the materials, the sliding carriage's mass is less than 6 kg. A gust load alleviation test for a full model was successfully completed by the use of the support system, which verifies the practical effect of the system.
