等离子体增强射流掺混的激励参数影响研究

Study on the influence of incentive parameters on plasma-enhanced jet mixing

  • 摘要: 为提高火箭发动机推进剂掺混效率,探究等离子体对单股矩形射流掺混特性的影响,设计了等离子体射流发生与控制系统。使用粒子图像测速技术测量了表面介质阻挡放电等离子体激励器对单股空气射流掺混特性的影响。相比无激励工况,激励电压为5、6和7kV时,射流宽度随电压升高而变大,射流中心线速度衰减率最大提高20%左右;脉冲频率增加,射流宽度增大程度增加,衰减明显,掺混特性增强;激励电压和脉冲频率固定时,改变占空比,在50%~70%的区间内射流速度衰减最强,射流宽度最大。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the mixing efficiency of rocket engine propellant and to explore the influence of plasma on the mixing characteristics of single rectangular jet, a plasma jet generation and control system is designed. Particle image velocimetry is used to measure the influence of surface dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator on single jet mixing. Compared with non-excitation condition, when the excitation voltage is 5, 6 and 7kV, the width and mixing characteristics of jet are enhanced with the increase of voltage, and the maximum attenuation rate of jet centerline speed increases by about 20%; the jet decays and its width increases obviously while the pulse frequency increases; when the excitation voltage and the pulse frequency are fixed and the duty cycle is changed, the width of jet is the largest in the range of 50%~70%, where the decay effect is the strongest.
