静电探针在高频等离子体风洞中的应用

  • 摘要: 为了在高频等离子体风洞上开展高超声速飞行器等离子体鞘层的电磁特性研究,研制了一套适用于高频等离子体风洞测试环境的静电探针诊断系统,这是国内第一次采用静电探针对高频等离子体风洞的流场参数进行诊断。该系统具有偏置电压可调、抗干扰能力强、探针性能稳定、高速数据采集等特点。采用该系统对高频等离子体风洞在不同运行功率、不同气体流量下流场核心区域的电子数密度进行了诊断,对相同运行功率和相同流量条件下流场电子数密度沿射流径向的分布进行了测试,并研究了电子数密度随高频等离子体风洞运行功率和气体流量的变化规律。并将诊断结果与网络分析仪微波测量法的数据进行了比对。结果表明,该系统可以很好地满足风洞流场参数的诊断,能够为风洞流场数值建模以及等离子体鞘层电磁特性研究提供可靠的数据支撑。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the electromagnetic characteristics of the plasma sheath around hypersonic aircraft in High-Frequency Plasma Wind Tunnel,a new Langmuir probe system has been developed in this paper.High-Frequency Plasma Wind Tunnel is ideal facility for the re-search of electromagnetic characteristics of the plasma sheath,and electron density,electron tem-perature and their distribution is very important to the researching test.In this probe system,the high performance molybdenum probe and adjustable power device have been manufactured.By this probe system,the test principle and data processing method are discussed,the electron densi-ty and its change rule of core area for wind tunnel with different operating power and different gas flux are measured.At the same time,the electron density radial distribution is measured with the same operating power and gas flux.Moreover,the test results have been compared with the mi-crowave means data.It shows that this electrostatic probe system can meet diagnostics of flow field parameters in high frequency plasma wind tunnel well,and can provide reliable data to sup-port the numerical simulation of wind tunnel flow field and electromagnetic characteristics study of plasma sheath.
