Study on Delay Characteristics and Compensation Correction Algorithm of Induced Pressure Pipeline
-
Abstract
When flying at near-space, the external environmental pressure approaches a vacuum state, and the transmission of surface pressure from the vehicle to the sensors through the pressure pipeline will result in significant time delays, leading to measurement delays and even erroneous measurement results in the flush air data sensing (FADS) system. In response to this issue, this article has built a ground testing platform for a pressure measurement system with the ability to simulate environmental pressures of 8-100000 Pa. Based on this platform, dynamic performance testing of different pressure sensors and experimental research on the pressure delay characteristics of the impulse pipeline have been carried out. Based on the pressure delay data of the impulse pipeline, a near-space pressure measurement delay compensation correction algorithm has been developed. The experimental results show that the delay of the pressure pipeline mainly exists in the micro pressure environment, and the main influencing factors are the length of the pressure pipeline and the pressure difference. After being corrected by the delay correction algorithm, the pressure delay time can be reduced to less than 0.1 seconds, effectively improving the ability of surface pressure measurement in near-space environments.
