大量程多喷嘴气体流量标准装置研制

Development of a high-capacity multi-nozzle gas flow standard facility

  • 摘要: 为了满足中国航空工业空气动力研究院FL-9风洞增压进气道试验流量计最大流量45 kg/s的检定需求,研制了一台大量程多临界流文丘里喷嘴气体流量标准装置。本装置基于临界流文丘里喷嘴流量测量原理,创新性地提出了一种六位二进制组合临界流文丘里喷嘴气体流量标准装置方案,并综合考虑研制成本和单个喷嘴可溯源尺寸限制,采用10个较大喉径喷嘴设计,在国内原级标准量程无法满足其溯源需求的情况下,采用小尺寸临界流文丘里喷嘴次级标准对其进行二次传递,确保量值传递的溯源性和准确性。本装置工作压力0.1 MPa~0.4 MPa,流量校准范围0.1855 kg/s~46.7538 kg/s,流量控制分辨率0.1855 kg/s~0.7421 kg/s,检定结果表明流量测量扩展不确定度为0.36%,满足增压进气道试验流量计校准精度要求。

     

    Abstract: To meet the calibration requirements of the flow meter used in the FL-9 Low-speed Pressurized Wind Tunnel inlet test at the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC) Aerodynamics Research Institute, with a maximum flow rate of 45 kg/s, this paper presents the development of a large-scale multi-critical flow Venturi nozzle gas flow standard device. Baded on the measurement principle of critical flow Venturi nozzles, the device innovatively proposes a six-bit binary combination critical flow Venturi nozzle gas flow standard scheme. Considering both development costs and the traceability limitations of individual nozzle dimensions, a design incorporating 10 larger throat diameter nozzles was adopted.In cases where the domestic primary standard range could not meet the traceability requirements, a secondary traceability transfer was ensured using small-scale critical flow Venturi nozzle secondary standards,thereby guaranteeing the tranceability and accuracy of the measurement values. The device operates at pressures from 0.1 MPa to 0.4 MPa, with a flow calibration range of 0.1855 kg/s to 46.7538 kg/s and a flow control resolution of 0.1855 kg/s to 0.7421 kg/s. Calibration results indicate that the expanded uncertainty of the flow measurement is 0.36%, meeting the calibration accuracy requirements for the pressurized inlet test flow meter.
